Hebei Hanjia Fasteners recently announced that high-precision fasteners developed for robotic arm assembly scenarios have achieved mass production. This series of products solves the problem of automatic feeding lag through thread optimization design and surface coating improvement, and the torque consistency error is controlled within 3%. It has been adapted to new energy vehicle production lines. It is understood that Hanjia has established a "fastener-end actuator" collaborative development mechanism with robot manufacturers, and its products will be unveiled in the intelligent assembly experience area of the 2026 Shanghai Fastener Exhibition
